Thoughts on the AirBNB contact number experience
As a customer of AirBNB, by using the website and registering in order to find holiday accommodation including business travel, there are online links to leave written feedback and resolve issues with the host. There is also a section where reviews are possible. Both the host and the customer can provide reviews. One can also contact the host telephone number when a booking is made. However it is very difficult to find a phone line to contact the company and speak with someone. In terms of customer service, this service can be much improved.
From the reviews made by AirBnB, some of the complaints are related to the actual host’s service rather than AirBnB, though there are also complaints with the AirBnB service.
